The Assessment Phase
Every individual possesses unique biomechanics, past injuries, and daily postural habits. A one-size-fits-all training program ignores these critical variables, often exacerbating existing dysfunctions.
Before I write a single line of programming, I conduct a rigorous biomechanical audit. I look at how you sit, how you stand, and how your joints articulate under load.
Engineering the Architecture
Once I have the data from the assessment, I construct a physical architecture that directly counters the negative adaptations of your lifestyle. If you sit at a desk for 10 hours a day, your programming will heavily feature posterior chain activation and thoracic extension.
Adaptability is Key
Your life is unpredictable. Flights get delayed, meetings run long, and gym access is not always guaranteed. Because your programming is entirely bespoke, I can pivot the routine on a moment's notice to ensure you still get the exact stimulus you need, regardless of your environment.
